My wife and I both went to Tulane Law School. We graduated in 1992 and have lived in Colorado since then. Although we have been back a couple of times since graduation, we had not been to New Orleans since the storm. Our kids had never been. So, we decided to go down over Thanksgiving week and volunteer our time. It was a great experience. Troubling in many ways, encouraging in others.
